摘要
医学生物技术系专业的学生毕业后主要从事生物技术产业的实践工作，该专业开设36学时的免疫学技术实验课。在实验内容设计上注重理论和实际生物技术相靠近，并在课堂上全面培养学生实验能力，加强与学生的互动交流。考核显示教学效果良好，大大提高了学生的操作能力和专业实践水平。
The student majoring in Medical Biological Technique will be mainly engaged in the practical work of biological technique industry after graduation in the future. In order to bind the theories on the practical biological techniques in designs of contents and roundly improve students＇ practical abilityin classes as well as enriching the communication among students, our college offers an immunologic techniques experiment classes with 36 hours per semester, which has also undergone a reasonable project teaching innovation. This proved to result in a satisfactory outcome in improving the students＇ practical ability and professional practice ability.
