关于社会管理理论若干问题探索

On the Issues of Social Administration Theory

加强和创新社会管理,是构建社会主义和谐社会的必然要求,对实现全面建设小康社会宏伟目标、实现党和国家长治久安具有重大战略意义。目前,国内外学界主要提出了社会安全管理、社会事务管理、社会组织管理、社会保障体系管理等一系列社会管理的具体领域。本文对国内外学者主要社会管理的理论观点进行梳理,并对社会管理理论中的一些基本理论观点进行了回顾和梳理。

The enhancement and innovation in social administration is an inevitable requirement to build a socialist harmonious society.It is of great strategic significance for us to achieve the grand goal of building a well-to-do society and to maintain the long-term prosperity and stability of CCP and PRC.So far,most domestic and foreign scholars have proposed a series of specific areas of social administration,such as administration of social security,administration of social affairs,administration of social organizations,administration of social security system,etc.This article gives a general overview of the theories and concepts proposed by domestic and foreign scholars,and moreover a discussion on some basic theories and concept of social administration.
