创建和谐校园是实现办学目标的前提条件,高素质的辅导员队伍是创建和谐校园的重要力量,但辅导员队伍的现状不能适应创建和谐校园的需要,加强辅导员队伍建设要严格入口关、把好定位关、强化专业关、抓好激励关。

Creating harmonious campus is the precondition of schooling and instructor team with high quality is the main force of creating harmonious campus.However,the present status of instructor team cannot adapt to the need of the creating harmonious campus.Therefore,this thesis studies how to be strict with the entrance of instructors.
