摘要
特种稻是指具有特殊遗传性状和用途的水稻,因此明确特殊性状的基因型对特种稻的改良和选育具有重要的指导意义。本研究利用遗传分析和基因标记鉴定的方法,分析了优质紫香糯稻品种龙晴4号的香味和紫色种皮基因型。结果表明龙晴4号的香味基因是受fgr基因控制,其第2外显子存在8bp的碱基缺失,而紫色种皮基因是Ra(Pb)基因控制的,其第7外显子末端处存在2bp(GT)缺失。根据2个基因的缺失位点设计了2对功能标记,可以用于香米和紫米的基因标记辅助选择,提高特种稻的选育效率。
Special rice is a type of rice having special genetic characteristics and use. Making the genotypes of special characteristics clear has important significance in improvement and breeding special rice. Using genetic analysis and gene-markers testing, the genotypes of the fragrance and purple of Longqing4 were identified respectively in this study. The results showed that the fragrance of Longqing4 was controlled by gene fgr for 8 bp deletion in second exon. And the purple of Longqing4 was controlled by gene Ra(Pb) for 2 bp deletion in the end of seventh exon. According to the deletion locus, two gene-markers were designed in this study which could be used in fragrance or puple rice selection during rice breeding as well as improve the efficiency in breedind of special rice.
