折线形钢柱施工过程中关键点位应力分析

摘要 对于异型建筑而言,其施工时的工作状态与正常使用阶段不完全一致,如按正常使用阶段进行设计,可能导致结构在施工过程中出现安全问题。以某音乐厅为背景,采用空间有限元分析软件Midas/gen建立全结构模型,对施工过程进行模拟分析,得到了斜折线形钢柱在各施工阶段由施工荷载和温度荷载引起的应力值,对斜折线形钢柱的施工定位与安装具有指导意义,也可作为施工监测的参考。 For the shaped building,its working state of the construction stage is not exactly the same with that of normal use stage.Safety problems would appear during constructing stage,if the structure designed according to normal use stage.Taking a concert hall as engineering background,we can establish an all-structure model through finite element analysis software Midas/gen,simulate the construction process,and obtain the stress of the oblique broken line form steel column at constructing under construction load and temperature load.The results not only have guiding significance for the locate and install of broken line form steel columns,but also can be used as reference for construction monitoring.
