财经类生产性实训基地管理问题研究

The Research on Management of Productive Training Base for Finance and Economics

北京信息职业技术学院财经类专业校内生产性实训基地已经运行一年多,基本达到了预期的目标。但管理中遇到了政策支持力度不够、教师兼职精力不够、核心课程与生产性实训基地结合不够等问题,针对这些问题提出了从学院层面予以支持、理顺企业的运行机制的管理对策。

The productive training base of Finance and Economics in Beijing Information Technology College has been running over one year,and it basically achieved the desired goal.But there are some problems： the policy from college to support is not enough,there is not enough teachers＇ part-time effort,and the combine of core curriculum and productive training is not enough.According to these problems,counter measures are put forward,that is to get support from college level and streamline enterprise operational mechanism.
