62例原发性脑干损伤临床治疗体会

Experience in Clinical Treatment of 62 Cases of Primary Brain Stem Injury

目的:归纳总结对原发性脑干损伤患者的诊疗经验.方法:回顾性总结我院2006-02～2011-06收治的62例原发脑干损伤病例的治疗并评定疗效.结果:死亡34例,植物状态9例,重残8人,中残11人.结论:原发性脑干损伤患者病情重,病情变化快,致死率、致残率高,通过保持气道通畅、低温、药物治疗、神经外科重症监护病房特级护理、后期行康复锻炼、可以尽可能降低伤员致死、致残率.

Objective： To summarize the experience of diagnosis and treatment of patients with primary brain stem injury.Methods： The treatment of 62 cases of primary brain stem injury in our hospital from February 2006 to June 2011 were retrospectively summarized and the curative effects were evaluated.Results： 34 cases died,9 cases were in vegetative state,8 cases were severely disabled,11 cases were moderately disabled.Conclusion： The state of primary brain stem injury is severe and change rapidly,its mortality and morbidity is high.By keeping airway unobstructed,hypothermia,drug treatment,special nursing care of neurocranial surgery intensive care unit,rehabilitation exercise in later period,the mortality and morbidity can decrease.
