摘要
本文分析了某大型钢铁集团公司实施一体化战略后,原板采购业务及配套信息化系统运作模式的变迁。主要提出了针对该大型钢铁集团公司下属分、子公司的两种业务运作模式。并以下属某钢管子公司为实例,说明在该集团公司一体化经营模式下,如何形成一个逻辑功能上一体、物理功能上紧密耦合,既满足决策层对采购业务统一掌控,又放权于属地具体执行,实现企业资源管理层与业务执行层相对分离,逻辑一致,业务协同,系统集成,各系统一体化运行的具有代表性的该集团公司子公司属地原板采购业务信息化解决方案。
This paper analyzes the changes of original board procurement business mode and it's Supporting information system for branch and Subsidiary after a large integrated iron group's Integrated operation strategy im- plementation. The author gives two kind of business models for those changes, then,the author gives an example of solution based a steel pipe subsidiary. It illustrate how to form a solution which is logical, tightly coupled on the whole, both to meet the decision - maker~ needs for unified control, and meet the implementation of subsid- iary. The solution also realizes the independence between enterprise resource management and business executives. It is a solution that is under the same logic, business collaboration, system integration,integration running of all relational information system. The solution is a representative about the business of original board procure- ment information.
