摘要
大学生职业生涯规划应具备系统的反馈机制。按照发生期,反馈机制可以分为前反馈期、中反馈期与后反馈期;按照作用方向,分为正反馈和负反馈。反馈机制的设置原则应具有需求性、促进性、可操作性、动态性、结合性等。
The career planning of college students should have a systematic feedback mechanism.Following the stage of occurrence,the mechanism could be divided into pre-feedback,feedback and after-feedback period.While referring to the function,there could be positive feedback and negative feedback.In addition,the setting principle of such mechanism should be desired,promoting,practical,dynamic and integrative.
