学校、家庭、社会共同创建的三位一体的教育模式可以弥补现代家庭教育资源的缺乏,弥补家庭在子女教育方面德育、智育、能力、信息等方面的不足。学校可依其教育资源组织一支指导家庭教育的师资队伍,有针对性地开展家庭教育活动;社区可以利用管内各个部门、各种人才资源、弥补青少年乃至儿童社会知识、社会适应能力等方面的不足。三位一体家教模式的目标是共同创造学习型家庭、学习型社区乃至学习型城市,最终结果是学习型社会。

The construction of three-in-one teaching model of family,school and society education can make the compensation for modern family teaching resources,such as the lack of moral and intellectual education,the capability and information.The family educational activities can be carried out under the school teachers＇ professional and intended guidance.The adolescents＇ deficiency in social knowledge and adaptability can be diminished by community efforts.The purpose of three-in-one educational model is to create the learning-oriented family,community,city,and even society.
