在国家大力发展职业教育的形势下,高等职业院校要持续健康发展,走特色之路是其必然。突出特色是高职院校服务地方经济社会发展的客观要求和高职院校发展竞争的必然选择,同时也是高职院校校园文化积淀积累的内在逻辑。高职院校走特色发展之路需要强化校企合作,加强校园文化建设和"双师型"教师队伍建设。

With the vigorous expansion of vocational education in China,the higher vocational education will witness a sustainable growth.Only by developing their own characteristics can the higher vocational institutions be competitive and serve better for the local economics and society,as well as deposit the campus culture.The development with characteristics calls for the enhancement of school and enterprise cooperation,the reinforcement of campus culture,and the construction of double-qualified teaching staff.
