摘要
社会转型过程中社会规范、价值标准和行为方式等快速变化,教职工中非正式群体在高校日常管理工作中的影响和作用也越来越突显。正确认识和对待教职工中的非正式群体,加强对教职工非正式群体的管理、教育和引导,是进一步激发教职工的积极性、提高工作效率的新方法、新手段,具有一定的理论和现实意义。
In the course of social transformation,social conventions,value standards,and behavior patterns all undergo rapid changes.Likewise,the impact of informal group on faculty members and the role it plays are increasingly visible.This paper holds that a correct understanding and handling of informal groups and more efforts to strengthen the management,education and guidance of informal groups will further stimulate the initiative of college faculty and their efficiency,which is of both theoretical and practical significance.
