高等学校羽毛球步法教学探究

Exploration into the Teaching of Badminton Footwork in Colleges and Universities

在传统的羽毛球运动教学中,教师往往将精力集中在"手法"的教学上,而忽视了"步法"的教学,这种"重手法、轻步法"的教学方法,其结果直接影响了羽毛球教学的效果和技术水平的提高。针对传统羽毛球运动步法教学的缺陷,提出了单一步法教学和组合步法教学,并提炼出了步法和手法相结合、步法和步法之间联系、步法与体能之间关系等步法教学中的关键点。

In the traditional badminton teaching,teachers often focus on the teaching of handwork instead of that of footwork,which has a direct impact on the effectiveness of badminton teaching and hinders the improvement of technical levels.To address the problems in traditional way of teaching badminton footwork,this paper advocates single-step teaching and combination-step teaching.It summarizes the key points in footwork teaching,including the combination of footwork teaching and handwork teaching,the relations between handwork and footwork and the links between footwork and physical fitness.
