浅议中小城市体育文化建设现状与发展对策

Discussion on the Situation and Development Strategy of Sports Culture in Small and Medium Cities

目前中小城市体育事业的发展速度与规模都远远跟不上经济发展的步伐,对体育运动的认识不足,内部体育资源协调困难,以及缺乏完善的基层体育管理机制,文化产业结构发展不平衡。提出了调整消费结构、做好资源协调、健全管理机制等具体对策,以期提高中小城市文化品位,增强城市竞争力。

At present,the development speed and its scale of sports in small and medium cities are far behind the pace of economic development.These cities lack knowledge of sports.They have difficulties in the coordination of sports resources,and also lack comprehensive primary sports management mechanism.What＇s more,there is unbalanced development of cultural industry structure.This thesis proposes the specific measures to adjust the consumption structure,to coordinate the resources and to strengthen the management system so that to improve culture taste in small and medium cities and to boost their competitiveness.
