产科医护团队合作的急救培训模式效果观察

First Aid Training Model of Doctor-nurse Teamwork in Obstetrics Department

目的探讨产科医护团队合作的急救培训模式的效果。方法通过培训前动员,组建急救培训小组,并对急救培训小组先行培训,使之熟悉团队合作的急救培训模式的流程,起到示范和带教的作用;再采用理论授课、观摩急救小组录像等方法培训全科人员,培训前后分别对受训医护人员进行急救理论知识与急救技能的考核,采用自制问卷调查培训效果。结果 45名接受培训的医护人员全部完成培训,培训后理论与技能考核成绩均有提高,与培训前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);问卷调查显示,100%的受训人员认为培训增强了产科综合急救技能,培养了团结协作精神。结论对产科医护人员进行团队合作的急救培训,方法切实可行,效果良好,可增强产科综合抢救能力,提高抢救质量。

Objective To explore the effect of first aid training model of doctor-nurse teamwork in obstetrics department.Methods After pre-training publicity,a first aid training group equipped with procedures of first aid model of doctor-nurse teamwork was established,and then the training was conducted among all the nurses and doctors in obstetrics department with methods such as lectures and video-watching.A self-designed questionnaire and a theory and skill test were applied after the training.Results All the 45 participants of the training improved obviously in first aid theory as well as skill,which indicated statistic significance（P0.01）.The survey suggested that the training benefited the strengthening of first aid skill and teamwork spirit.Conclusion First aid model of teamwork is practicable and effective which is beneficial to the first aid competence of doctors and nurses and quality of first aid.
