摘要
目的构建家庭护理服务模式,为台州市家庭护理的有效实施提供依据。方法以文献回顾、专家访谈和居民需求调查为基础,采用自行设计问卷进行2轮德尔斐专家咨询法确定家庭护理服务项目;以文献研究、专家小组座谈等方法构建家庭护理服务流程和模式。结果德尔斐法专家的权威系数为0.86。咨询后确定的服务项目为:健康照护、社会心理服务、治疗性护理服务、辅助监测4类共26项;家庭护理服务形式有家庭健康护理和家庭病床护理2种,前者又分为上门操作型和健康指导型;并构建了家庭护理服务流程。结论本研究构建的家庭护理服务模式包括了家庭护理服务项目、服务形式和服务流程。
Objective To establish a home nursing model and to provide reference for effective implementation of home nursing.Methods Home nursing items were established through two round consultations with Delphi Method based on literature review,expert consulting,need survey and a self-designed questionnaire.Home nursing procedure and model were established with literature review and expert panel consulting.Results Experts＇ authority coefficient was 0.86.Four dimensions including 26 service items were established： health care,social psychological service,therapeutic nursing service and monitoring.There were two forms of home nursing： home health nursing and home bed nursing.Conclusion In this established model of home nursing,home nursing items and procedures are developed.
