防暴发射器增程设计研究

摘要 为了拓宽防暴发射器射程覆盖范围,提高其处置大规模群体事件的效能,分析了国产9管38 mm防暴弹发射器射程和弹丸初速的影响因素,着重定量分析了装药密度、发射管长度与武器初速的关系,给出了增加装药密度和发射管长度来提高弹丸初速的技术途径;运用实体参数化设计软件P ro/Eng ineer完成了发射管长度增加后防暴发射器的平衡设计;运用有限元分析软件AN SY S分析了弹丸初速提高到75 m/s对缓冲钩强度的影响,得出了其强度仍能满足设计要求.研究表明,增加装药密度和发射管长度均可提高防暴发射器初速,从而增大其射程,优化其设计. In order to extend the coverage area on fire range of anti-riot launcher and improve the efficiency of treating group events,the influence factors of fire range and muzzle velocity of projectile of the domestic nine-tube 38 mm anti-riot grenade launcher were analyzed theoretically.And the relationship between charge density,barrel length and muzzle velocity of projectile were analyzed quantitatively and selectively.A technical way of increasing charge density and barrel length was given to raise the muzzle velocity of projectile.The balance design of the emitter was carried out by the parameterized entity model-building software Pro/Engineer after increasing the barrel length.The effect on the buffer hamulus' strength was analyzed by the finite element analysis software ANSYS after increasing muzzle velocity of projectile to 75 m/s,and its strength was still meet the design requirement.The research illustrates that both charge density increase and barrel length increase can improve muzzle velocity of projectile of the anti-riot launcher for its extended-range and optimization design.
