摘要
在304不锈钢外圆表面使用激光熔覆镍基氧化锆金属陶瓷粉末,对激光工艺参数进行优化,制备工艺性能良好的熔覆层.研究了激光工艺参数对熔覆层宏观形貌、显微组织和硬度分布的影响.结果表明:激光功率为1.5 kW时为佳;随扫描速度增大,熔覆层的组织有细化的趋势;通过优化扫描速度,可得到显微硬度值较高,且沿熔覆层表面的垂直方向的硬度分布变化不大的熔覆涂层.
To manufacture the better processing property coating by laser cladding self-fused Ni-based ceramic powder of ZrO2 composite on the surface of 304 SUS,cladding experiment with parameter variations was presented.The influence of the laser processing parameters on macroscopic view,microstructure and micro-hardness of the laser cladding layers was investigated.The results show that we can get better coating when laser power is 1.5 kW,and the layers have the trend of refined framework with the growing of scanning speed;micro-hardness will be higher and distribution from substratum to surface has little fluctuation by optimizing scanning speed.
