休闲农业园区可持续发展的现状、问题与对策——以江苏傅家边农业园为例

The Present Situation,Problems and Countermeasures to The Sustainable Development of Leisure Agriculture Parks——Taking Fu JiaBian Agriculture Park of JiangSu For An Example

随着经济的快速发展,三农问题更显重要,各种农业园区如雨后春笋般遍地开花,这给地方经济发展带来了无限生机,但也存在许多问题。一成不变的经营模式、不严谨的规划、管理的缺失,给园区发展带来很大的制约,导致许多园区昙花一现,最终倒闭或转作它用,造成很大的资源浪费并制约地方经济发展。对此,以江苏溧水县傅家边农业园为例,简要探析休闲农业园区存在的问题,为农业园区可持续发展建言献策。

With the rapid development of economy,the problems about agriculture,rural areas and peasantry become more and more important,and various agriculture parks are everywhere just like bamboo shooting after a spring rain.On one hand,it brings unlimited vitality to the local economy development;on the other hand,there exist a lot of problems——immutable business mode,without rigorous planning,lack of management,which restrict the development of the parks greatly,leading to many parks appear shortly,and eventually closed down or shifted to be something else,and resulting in a great waste of resources and restricting the local economic development.Therefore,this article takes Fu Jiabian agriculture park of Lishui County,Jiangsu,as an example,analyzing the problems of the leisure agriculture park,and giving some advice as well as some tactics to the sustainable development of leisure agriculture parks.
