“用工荒”现象研究文献述评

Review on Research Literature of Labor Shortage

通过收集和整理有关对"用工荒"研究的文献,试图明确当前"用工荒"的研究现状,本文对"用工荒"的定义进行了分析,并从经济因素、制度因素和人口因素三个方面对"用工荒"形成的成因进行了剖析,然后对解决"用工荒"的对策从国家层面、政府层面和个人层面进行了归纳,最后提出了未来的研究方向。

By collecting and organizing the relevant research literature of labor shortage,this paper clarifies the current status of labor shortage.It begins with the definition analysis of labor shortage,moves on to the causal analysis of formation from the aspects of economic,institutional and demographic factors,then summarizes the countermeasures from national,governmental and personal levels,and ends with the future research direction.
