高校“体教结合”模式发展探析

Deep Analysis of "Combination of Sport and Education" Model Development in Colleges

"体教结合"培养高水平竞技体育人才的模式是国家针对我国传统体制培养竞技体育人才存在的缺陷而提出的旨在充分发挥高校在人才培养方面的功能的一项重要举措,是整合体育、教育等资源而实施的人才培养战略。然而,在"体教结合"实际的实施过程中,因目标定位、体制、经费投入、教练员队伍建设、文化学习和运动训练等方面存在许多问题而造成"体教结合"模式并未充分发挥它的作用,本文通过研究对此提出相应的对策和建议。

The ＂combination of sport and education＂ model of training high level sports talents is an important measure advanced by our government,aiming at giving full play to the university in personnel training function,in view of the shortcomings in athletic talents cultivation of China＇s traditional system.It is a training strategy to integrate sports,education,and other resources.However,in the actual implementation process of the ＂combination of sport and education,＂ this model does not play its role fully due to problems existing in objective orientation,system,funds,the coach team construction,culture study and training,The paper proposes the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to promote better development of the model,so as to give full play to its advantage and function in training of high level sports talent.
