摘要
针对工程中四光幕精度靶结构参数的精确测量问题,提出了一种结构参数的辨识方法.利用实弹射击后的纸靶坐标和弹丸穿过光幕阵列的时间序列反求所要测量的结构参数.文中结合四光幕精度靶的工程设计,在理想四光幕精度靶模型的基础上,建立了实际工程中的四光幕精度靶的数学模型.对所提的辨识方法进行了详细推导和仿真,仿真结果表明通过该方法反求的结构参数相对误差小于0.02%.由该参数引入的坐标测量误差小于0.2mm,可满足四光幕精度靶的立靶密集度参数测量精度.
In order to have accurate measurement of the system structural parameters of the four-lightscreen optical target,the paper presents a method for identifying the structural parameters by using the firing results on the paper target and the sequence of bullets' morements. Based on the engineering design and the ideal model of the four-light-screen optical target, a mathematical formula in the real engineering was established. And then the method was discussed in detail and simulated in Matlab. The simulation results shows that the relative error of the structural parameter identified by the new method is less than 0.02 %, which makes the coordinate measuring error less than 2um , ensuring the impacting position measurement accuracy of the four-light-screen optical target.
