摘要 为了提高快走丝电火花线切割的加工质量和效率,对其加工参数进行了优选.建立了加工电参数与工艺指标之间的非线性回归模型,在此基础上构造目标函数并确定模型的约束条件;结合试验方法和Matlab工具对回归系数及目标函数求解,得到多个加工参数优化结果,表明文中建立的非线性回归模型能准确反映加工参数与工艺指标之间的关系,并能获得较好的拟合精度,为合理选择线切割加工电参数提供参考. In order to improve the quality and efficiency of the fast-cutting wire electrical discharge machining, its process parameters should be optimized. The nonlinear regression model of process parameters and the quality requirements was established, on the basis of which the objective function and constraint condition were analyzed. The objective function was obtained by the test method and Matlab tools. Further more, the optimization results of process parameters show that the nonlinear regression model can accurately reflect the relation between the process parameters and quality requirements. The desired fitting precision can be obtained by using the model. This research may be used as a referential for the reasonable parameter optimization in the wire electrical discharge machining.
