大鼠被动皮肤过敏试验检测方法的探讨 被引量:2

摘要 采用ELISA方法,用酶标仪定量检测大鼠血清中的IgE和组胺,用全自动血细胞分析仪定量检测嗜酸性粒细胞,并与传统的蓝斑吸收度的实验方法进行比较。试验结果表明此方法灵敏快速,结果准确可靠,适于多组份中药过敏原的检测。 Apply the enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) on detecting the content of serum IgE and ergamine of rats by microplate reader,use the automatic cytoanalyze to quantitatively detect the eosinophile granulocyte count.The comparison between the results tested by new methods and traditonal method-locus caeruleus absorbability demonstrates that the methods applied are more sensitive,effective,reliable,and suitable for multi-group detection of chinese medicine anaphylactogen.
