摘要
目的建立一种新的大鼠抓握和灌胃方法。方法建立新的大鼠侧抓灌胃方法,达到了操作更简便易行的目的。150只大鼠,分为6组,做中间生物标记物(intermediate biomarkers)研究,每只大鼠每天灌胃1次,持续6个月。结果所有动物存活良好,顺利完成实验。讨论新的大鼠侧抓方法改变了大鼠本能性自卫防御的条件反射,在灌胃时能够更好地固定大鼠,更适合对大批量的大鼠进行无损伤、长期安全有效的灌胃。
Objective To set up a new rat grip and stomach gavage method.Methods Establishing a new rat side grip and stomach gavage method,Result 150 rats do intermediate biomarkers study,each rat stomach gavage one time every day,and lasts for six months.Till the end all rats live well,and finish the experiment favorable.Conclusions New rat side grip and stomach gavage method changed the rat self-defense conditioned reflex,through better fixation of the rat,which facilitates the application of the stomach gavage method for a large number of rats and makes it more safe,and decreases the incidence of rat injury especially for long term experiments.
