摘要
为检测发酵稻草和牛粪培养料对大棚双孢蘑菇生长期间生化性能的影响,测定了双孢蘑菇生长期间的几种胞外酶活性变化。结果表明,胞外羧甲基纤维素酶(CMC),滤纸纤维素酶(FP)和半纤维素酶(HC)活性峰值出现在子实体成熟期,而低谷出现在子实体采收后期。淀粉酶、漆酶和过氧化物酶活性在菌丝生长期较高,随着栽培时间的延长而呈下降趋势。
The extracellular enzyme activities of Agaricus bisporus cultivated on fermented rice straw and manure were tested during the growth period. The results showed that the peak value activities of extracellular cmcase (CMC) ,filter paper cellulase (FP) and hemicellulase (HC) were tested in mature fruit body and lowest point after harvisting. The amylase, laccase and peoxidase activities were higher in mycelium growing time and de- creased with the culture time.
