通过对合肥某高校宿舍楼采用层次分析法,合理分配出各个因素在高校消防安全中所占的比重,接着运用模糊综合法对宿舍楼消防安全现状由评审小组专家进行综合评判打分,得出科学的评价结果,合理地将高校宿舍内种种引发火灾的因素与宿舍实际情况的安全性结合起来,由此得出高校宿舍在消防设施、消防安全管理等方面存在的问题及隐患,为提升宿舍楼消防疏散硬件条件、加强报警与灭火系统的维护,加强消防安全管理等方面提出了合理的建议。

Based on the analytic hierarchy process science way to evacuate the fire prevention satety of one 1501- lege dormitory in Heifei. Uses the analytic hierarchy process science to assign each factor the weight which occu- pies in the College dormitory fire prevention security, and carries on the synthesis judgment allocation using the fuzzy synthesis method to the College dormitory＇ s security present situation to obtain the science, the objective measure results, organic each bad safety factor and the system present situation＇ s security unifies College dormi- tory, obtains the College dormitory the overall safety rate, gives the appraisal to its fire safety rate. To propose the reasonable suggestion and the improvement program, From？ College dormitory in alarm and？ extinguishing systems, fire safety management, fire fighting and rescue force and？ other factors, the status quo as the starting point, made a research on the College dormitory fire risk analysis of the College dormitory ,proposed methods of strengthen fire prevention measures.
