提高全民族文明素质,要以社会主义核心价值体系为引领,因为它在我国意识形态价值体系中居于核心和指导地位,决定着整个价值体系的基本特征和基本方向。高校德育工作能否用社会主义核心价值体系引领大学生思想道德教育,关系到当代大学生正确的世界观和价值观的形成。培育弘扬民族精神,对于大学生思想道德素质提高,成为社会主义事业的可靠接班人具有重要现实意义。

To improve the cultural quality of the whole nation, the socialist core value system shall be placed in the forefrent. For the reason that it plays the role of core and guidance in the national ideological value system, which determines the fundamental characteristics and orientation of the value system among the whole people. The university students, as the talents, are the precious resources of the nation. It affects the forming of the cor- rect worldviews and values of the contemporary university students whether the moral education on campus can lead the university students to form the morality in the guidance of the socialist core value system. It has essential and realistic meaning to cultivate and carry forward national spirit, because the improving of ideological and mor- al qualities will enable the university students to become the excellent followers of the socialism.
