为深化马克思虚拟资本理论的研究,首先必须准确界定"虚拟资本"这个概念。从内涵、外延两方面梳理学术界对"虚拟资本"概念的理解,反思研究中存在的典型问题,有利于夯实马克思虚拟资本理论的研究基础。马克思并没有就虚拟资本给出一个明确的定义,需要我们以动态的、全面的观点来发掘他关于虚拟资本思想的内涵,既要一脉相承,也要与时俱进。马克思关于虚拟资本的论述,是国内外马克思主义研究者对这一概念理解和界定的基础。只有先回到马克思那里,把虚拟资本纳入马克思资本研究的体系之中,从而把握虚拟资本的本质。

It is embarrassing that there exist huge differences in the research of Karl Marx＇ s ＂fictitious capital＂. It is because scholars lack consensus on the concept of ＂fictitious capital＂. Just to further the research of ＂fictitious capital＇＇ , we should precisely define the concept. On the basis of reviewing research results concerned, the paper tries to rethink the typical problems from different aspects such as the concept, s connotation and denotation. It is believed that the attempts will lay a solid foundation for future research.
