摘要
采用酶底物法对一地表水水样进行不同倍数的稀释后进行培养检测,并观察结果变化。结果表明,地表水水样稀释倍数越小,检测结果越准确。采用酶底物法测定地表水中的粪大肠菌群具有快速、简便的特点,但测定水样稀释的倍数对其测定结果有一定的影响。
Enzyme substrate technique has been adopted in culfure detections of the same surface water sample with different dilution ratios to observe the changes. The result proves a higher accuracy with less dilution ratio. Fecal coliform determination with enzyme substrate technique in surface water is fast and easy, but the dilution ratio of sample has certain effects on the detection result.
