摘要
为了给自来水厂提供更为有效和价廉的絮凝产品,研究了复合型无机高分子絮凝剂聚硅氯化铝铁(PAFSC)的制备方法和条件。根据聚硅酸加入量的多少,将采用共聚法制备的聚硅氯化铝铁(PAFSC)编号为1#制剂、2#制剂、3#制剂,将采用复合法制备的聚硅氯化铝铁(PAFSC)编号为4#制剂,将采用共聚法制备的聚硅氯化铝(PASC)编号为5#制剂。在相同的实验条件下,分别考察1#制剂、2#制剂、3#制剂、4#制剂、5#制剂对自来水的絮凝效果。研究结果表明:加入PAFSC与加入聚合氯化铝(PAC)相比,形成矾花所需的时间短,形成的矾花颗粒大、易于下沉,单耗较低;并且2#制剂的絮凝效果更为优越。
in order to supply more effective and inexpensive flocculent to water plant, the preparation method and conditions have been researched for composite inorganic polymer flocculent PAFSC. According to the adding amount of polysilicon acid, PAFSC prepared by copolymerization has been numbered 1#, 2#, 3# agents, PAFSC prepared by compounding is 4# agents, and PASC prepared by copolymerization is numbered 5# agent. Under the same experimental conditions, the flocculation effects of different agents have been observed. Results show that PAFSC needs shorter time to form alum floc compared with PAC, and has the feature of lager particles, easier sinking and lower unit consumption. 2# agent is more effective in the flocculation.
