平均血小板体积与心脑血管疾病 被引量：15

摘要 血小板激活是动脉粥样硬化事件的主要触发因素。血小板活化指标包括平均血小板体积、血小板计数、血小板压积及血小板分布宽度。这4项参数中，平均血小板体积反映巨核细胞增生和血小板生成，血小板压积反映血小板增多，血小板分布宽度反映血小板体积差异程度。平均血小板体积作为一个新的独立心血管危险因素，引起越来越多的关注。
