摘要
脑淀粉样血管病（CAA）作为老年人非外伤、非高血压性脑出血的一个重要病因引起研究者的高度重视。其临床主要表现有精神症状、进行性智能减退、合并多发性、复发性脑叶出血。我们就近年CAA的研究进展综述如下。
