摘要
医药垄断行为产生于特定的社会背景下,具有不同于其他垄断行为的特点。在《反垄断法》的视角下,医药垄断行为有四种表现形式。在目前的法律体系下,我国反垄断执法机构对医药垄断行为的规制需要针对医药市场的特点进行完善。
Medicine monopolies produce in certain social background,which have the characteristics different from other monopolies.In the perspective of Anti-monopoly Law,medical monopolies have four forms.In the present system of laws,the authority of anti-monopoly enforcement requires prefect medicine monopoly regulations according to the characteristics of the medical market.
