20世纪的前半期属于中国管理学的萌芽期,对相关领域的研究是非常必要的。文章从企业的科学管理、管理学著(译)作、管理专家、管理学教育、管理社团组织、调查研究等六个方面论述了建国前中国管理学萌芽的具体表现,以期对中国管理学的前期发展历程进行全面的回顾。

The first half of 20th century belongs to the germination period of Chinese management, so it is extremely necessary to conduct the correlation research to it. This paper elaborates the concrete manifestations of Chinese management before the founding of the PRC from the enterprises＇ scientific management, the management literature, the management experts, the management education, the management organizations, the management investigation and so on six aspects, and it is a comprehensive review to the earlier period development of Chinese management.
