摘要
以简单的花瓶造型为研究对象,将视觉感性意象视同为产品品质,引用田口品质工程概念,探讨其运用于意象优化设计,确立造型特征参数变化所衍生的情感意象变化关系之可行性。花瓶形状样式繁多,本研究仅以圆弧轴对称之中式小口花瓶为对象,定义13组造型特征参数以描绘其曲线轮廓,建立花瓶参数化的设计模式。实验规划系依田口直交表L27(313)产生实验样本之参数组合,应用计算机绘图3D软件产出样本图片,以语意差异分析法进行受测者的意象评估,运用信号杂音比(SN比)概念取得风格意象的特征参数最佳组合,以变异数分析找出特征参数影响意象优化的贡献率,据以建构出特定风格意象之花瓶设计。研究结果显示,使用田口法确实能够有效掌控设计品质,快速构建出所期望的感性意象之产品造型。
In this study,the product form of vases is used as an example for the application of Taguchi method to optimize the quality of product form of emotional images.The purpose of this study is to specify the relationships between the product form parameters and the emotional images derived.Because there are a wide variety of vase forms,the authors only chose the Chinese vases with symmetric curves and small lips where 13 parameters were defined for the references of vase design.Taguchi L27(313) orthogonal array is utilized to design experiments,27 vase images were generated from 3D computer graphics software for the semantic differential experiment.The optimal combinations of the emotional images were then obtained by the concept of signal and noise ratio(SN ratio).At last,ANOVAs were conducted to find the contributions specific parameters have on the emotional images so as to construct the vases of specific images.The study results demonstrate that Taguchi method can help designers control the design quality and efficiently construct the expected product form of emotional images.
