血清脂联素和C反应蛋白与高血压前期的相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨血清脂联素(adiponectin,APN)和C-反应蛋白(CRP)与高血压前期的相关性。方法入选120例体检人群,根据血压水平分为理想血压组(40例)、高血压前期组(42例)、高血压组(38例),分别测定APN和CRP。结果 APN水平高血压组<高血压前期组<理想血压组(P<0.05),CRP水平高血压组>高血压前期组>理想血压组(P<0.05);APN与CRP成负相关,其相关系数(r)为-0.322(P<0.05)。结论血清APN和CRP的水平变化与高血压前期密切相关,可能是高血压前期的独立危险因素。 Objective To exlpore the relationship between the level of adiponeetin concentration,C-reaction protein and prehypertension. Methods A total of 120 subjects who physical examination were enrolled.According to the level of blood pressure all subjects were divided into ideal blood pressure gronp(n=40),prehypertension group(n=42)and hypertension group(n=38).The level of APN and CRP of all patients were analyzed.Results In 120 cases,the level of APN in ideal blood pressure group〈prehypertension group〈hypertension gronp(P〈0.05),and the level of CRP in ideal blood pressure group〉prehypertension group〉hypertension group(P〈0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that adiponectin concentrations were negatively with CRP.Conclusion The serum levels of APN,CRP are closely related with prehypertension,might be the independent risk factors for prehypertension.
