静脉麻醉下痛点封闭联合手法松解治疗肩关节炎的临床观察

Under Intravenous Anesthesia Spot Joint Technique Loose Solution Closed Treat Shoulder Clinical Observation of Arthritis

目的观察静脉麻醉下痛点封闭联合手法松解治疗肩关节炎的临床疗效。方法将60例肩周炎患者随机分为2组,治疗组30例采用静脉麻醉下痛点封闭联合手法松解治疗,对照组30例采用静脉麻醉后直接手法松解治疗。观察2组的镇痛效果,肩关节活动度改善情况及综合疗效。结果肩关节疼痛程度活动度2组都有改善,2组综合疗效比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论静脉麻醉下痛点封闭联合手法松解治疗肩关节周围炎能全面彻底松解肩关节周围组织粘连,在减轻疼痛度,改善活动度上疗效显著。

Objective To observe the spot under intravenous^nesthesia closed joint technique loose solution treat shoulder the clinical curative effect of arthritis. Methods 60 patients with periarthritis of shoulder patients were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group of 30 patients with under intravenous anesthesia combined technique loose solution closed treatment in the control group,30 cases by the intravenous anesthesia directly after pine solution treatment technique.Observe the analgesic effect of two groups,shoulder and improve the comprehensive effect of activity.Results shoulder pain mobility there are improvements to the two groups,two groups of integrated curative effect is better than the control group,the treatment group （P〈：0.05）.Conclusion under intravenous anesthesia spot joint technique solution treatment dosed loose shoulder can comprehensively completely release around inflammation around organization adhesion,shoulder solution in alleviating pain degrees,improve the mobility curative effect is distinct.
