摘要
对姜粉中姜辣素提取的不同方法进行了比较研究。分别采用了回流法、微波辅助法和超声波辅助法3种不同方法进行了提取。其中超声波辅助法的提取率最高,达到7.28mg/g。
Different extraction methods of gingerol from ginger powder were studied in this paper, namely by the refluxing method, microwave-assisted extraction and ultrasonic extraction auxiliary method, the ultrasonic auxiliary extraction gives the highest extraction percentage, achieve the highest 7.28 mg/g.
