颅内血肿术后远隔部位迟发血肿再次手术的诊治体会

Experience in Diagnosis and Treatment of Reoperation for Tardive Hematoma Remote from Site of Postoperative Intracranial Hematoma

目的探讨颅内血肿术后远隔部位迟发血肿再次手术的方法。方法急性颅内血肿清除术后其他部位迟发性血肿再次手术患者21例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 21例中术后良好和中残11例,重残5例,死亡5例。结论早期诊断和及时处理是改善迟发性颅内血肿预后、降低病死率和致残率的关键。

Objective To discuss the experience in the diagnose and treatment of reoperation for tardive hematoma remote from the site of postoperative intracranial hematoma. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed in 21 cases of reoperation of tardive hematoma following surgical evacuation of acute intracranial hematoma. Results Among the 21 cases, 11 achieved good outcome, 5 had severe disability, and 5 died. Conclusion Early diagnosis and prompt treatment are the key to improve prognosis and reduce death rate and disability rate in tardive hematoma.
