摘要
根据攀钢钢水脱硫的要求,研究开发了高碱度精炼渣,经工业生产应用表明:采用高碱度精炼渣后,大幅度提高了钢水的脱硫率,降低了铸坯中T[O]含量,提高了钢水的洁净度,为攀钢低硫品种钢的开发创造了条件。
According to the requirements of steel de-s. of pangang group,we research and develop the high basicity refining slag. The industrial application shows that the high basicity refining slag can signifi- cantly increase the desulfurization efficiency of steel, reduce the T[O] content of slab, improve the clean- liness of steel, and create the better conditions for the development of low - sulfur steel grade.
