摘要
概要介绍了攀钢钒热轧加热炉的基本情况,指出了优化热轧加热工艺的必要性,并通过加热炉和轧机主电机等相关设备改造,结合实际情况对热轧带钢在炉加热时间、加热炉供热制度和加热目标温度等工艺参数进行了优化,分析了加热工艺优化所取得的增加产量、保证质量、节约能源、降低消耗和利于环保等comprehen-sive效果。
This paper introduces the furnace of hot rolling mill in Pansteel and presents the necessity to optimize the heating processing. According to the practical situation, some processing parameters are optimized after the main motor of the mill and the furnace have been rebuilded, such as the heating time, the heating regime and the target temperature of heating. Optimization of heating processing results in the muhifold effect of increasing production, quality assurance, energy conservation, decreasing consumption and protection of environment.
