通过在济钢4300产线建立全新的内控牌号标准体系,实现了最大可能的不同牌号合炉冶炼、统一轧制,有效减少内控牌号数量,利于组炉和柔性化生产制造,减少余材产生、降低质量损失。

Through establishing new inner control grade standard system at JiGang 4300 product line, realizing utmost combination furnace smelting, uniting rolling, reduced the amount of inner control grade and can be propitious to combination furnace and flexible manufacture, reducing excrescent production and taking from quality loss.
