制造系统的协调度分析

摘要 首先通过分析制造系统的构成与运行机制,建立了包括目标协调、结构协调与运行协调在内的制造系统协调度模型;然后对各因素分别进行量化,融合多项系统宏观性能参数建立整体协调度的量化计算方法;最后以某电子制造企业生产经营数据为例进行实例计算.计算结果表明,采用协调度进行制造系统综合性能评价是正确与可行的. By analyzing the construction and operation mechanism of manufacturing systems,a evaluation model of coordination degree including the objective coordination,the structure coordination and the operation coordination is established,and a quantifycation method integrating several macro parameters is proposed by quantifying the above-mentioned factors.Then,a case study is conducted using the production and management data of a electronic ma-nufacturing enterprise.The results indicate that coordination degree is feasible and applicable in evaluating the comprehensive performances of manufacting systems.
