生物降解吻合环在腹腔镜右半结肠切除术中的应用

Clinical application of biodegradable anastomosis ring for laparoscopic right hemicolectomy

目的探讨生物降解吻合环在腹腔镜右半结肠切除术中的应用价值。方法将生物降解吻合环应用于40例腹腔镜右半结肠切除术中，其中手术的消化道重建使用腹腔外吻合环回结肠端端吻合法。结果所有患者手术均获成功，术后未发生吻合口瘘、吻合口出血和狭窄。吻合环均在四周内排出体外。术后半年肠镜检查，2例发生吻合口炎症，半年后随访消失。结论在腹腔镜右半结肠切除术中使用生物降解吻合环具有简便、快捷、安全的优点，可在临床上推广使用。

Objective To study the application value of biodegradable anastomosis ring（BAR） for laparoscopic right hemicolectomy. Methods The clinical data of 40 patients underwent laparoseopic right hemicolectomy in our hospital. Ileocolonic end - to - end anastomosis was performed with BAR in the reconstruction of alimentary canal outside abdominal cavity. Results All 40 cases were operated successfully. There was no stoma fistula, bleeding or stricture after surgeries. All BARs are discharged within 4 weeks. Stoma inflammation was found by enteroscopy in 2 cases after half a year, and disappeared in follow - up after another half a year. Conclusion The application of BAR for laparoscopic right heinicolectomy is simple, quick and safe. It can be widely used in clinical practice.
