欣悦宫内节育器与T铜环的临床观察

Clinical observation of Xinyue IUD and TCu IUD

目的研究欣悦宫内节育器(intrauterine contraceptive device,IUD)的避孕效果及不良反应。方法将新泰市计划生育服务站放置欣悦IUD(观察组)300例与TCuIUD(对照组)305例育龄妇女的临床情况进行回顾性分析,评估其临床效果及不良反应。结果观察组在带器妊娠率、脱落率、因症取出率、总终止率、腰骶痛及点滴出血等方面均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论欣悦IUD避孕效果好、脱落率低、续用率高、不良反应小,是值得推广的新型节育器。

Objective To study clinical effectiveness and side effects of Xinyue intrauterine contraceptive device（IUD）.Methods A retrospective study was carried out through the analysis between experimental group including 300 cases received Xinyue IUD and control group including 305 cases received TCu IUD to evaluate the contraceptive effect and adverse reaction.Results The difference was significant between two groups regarding to the pregnancy rates with IUD,the expulsion rates,removal rates due to symptoms,spotting hemorrhage and pain in lumbosacral area.Conclusion Xinyue IUD has lower pregnancy and expulsion rates with higher continuation rates and less side effects in women so that it may become a new type IUD worth generalization.
