摘要
当代儿童审美教育是“读图时代”背景下的审美教育。“读图时代”是对当代视觉文化环境的一种形象化的描述。丰富的图像和影像制品,为人类社会创造了大量崭新的视觉景观,传播了海量信息,也为儿童创造了极其丰富的视觉环境,拓展了儿童的审美视野和审美对象,客观上起到了帮助儿童获得视觉经验的作用。形象、趣味与文化,是图像赋予儿童的主要审美教育价值。向图像学习,向流行的图像学习,是当代视觉文化环境给我们提供的一个契机,同时也是危机。当代儿童审美教育的实质就是要在传统与流行之间取得一种平衡.增加儿童审美教育模式的弹性。
Contemporary aesthetic education for children is flamed in a "picture-reading age", which is a vivid description of current visual culture. Rich image and video products, while creating enormous new visual views and spreading huge amount of information, help children in gaining visual experience, enriching visual environment and extending aesthetic vision and objects. Image, fun and culture are the aesthetic value instilled by the picture-reading age. Learning through images and learning through popular images is the opportunity, and meanwhile, it is a crisis. A balance should be achieved between tradition and popularity, and elasticity of the aesthetic mode should be increased. This is essential for children's aesthetic education.
