摘要
技能型人才由于其技能和知识的特点,所具有的人力资本相对于一般人力资本和管理人力资本显示出不同的特点,隐性人力资本占有很大的比例。技能型人才隐性人力资本是指通过长期工作经验的积累所掌握的难以模仿、能够创造价值的隐性知识、技能、诀窍等,以及由其技能关系所具备的社会关系资本和情感资本,是企业持续竞争优势的重要来源。利用数学中的模糊综合评判法对吉林省汽车制造业技能型人才的隐性人力资本进行测定,并对其经济价值进行实证验证,具有一定的理论与现实意义。
Implicit human capital is a kind of invisible knowledge and skills that have been owned or mastered by different levels of individual skilled employees, groups and enterprises. It is implicit and difficult tO imitate, exchange or share, copied or stolen, and has not been coded yet. The skills and knowledge of workers is the key element of human capital, which can be measured from the dimensions of width, depth, unconventional degree, exclusive degree, implicit degree, and complementary degree. This paper uses empirical analysis to measure the implicit human capital of workers combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, which provides a basis of human capital theory for enterprise better understanding the economic value of implicit human capital, rectifying the human capital " homogeneity" assumption of workers, as well as improving labor relations.
