极低温微波单刀八掷开关探索研究

摘要 针对开关滤波器组中超导滤波器的应用,文中探讨了极低温微波单刀八掷开关的研制,制作了一种微波PIN管SP8T开关。开关在77K温度下的插损≤1.6dB,隔离度≥70dB,开关速度9ns。对低温对开关性能的影响进行了分析。 Based on the application of superconducting filter in switch fiher subassembly, an ultra - low temperature single pole eight throw switch was discussed and a PIN diode SP8T switch was succesfully fabricated. The insertion loss was less than 1. 6dB, the isolation is less than 70dB and switch speed was 9ns. The affect of low temperature on the performance of the switch was analysed.
