病灶局部清创术联合药物治疗真菌性角膜溃疡

Lesion debridement combine drugs to treat fungal corneal ulcer

目的探讨药物病灶局部清创联合治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的疗效。方法搜集我科室自2007年5月至2011年4月收治的真菌性角膜溃疡患者49例49眼,根据治疗方法分为两组,A组:采用药物联合病灶局部清创法治疗;B组:单纯采用药物治疗。比较两组疗效。结果 A组疗效明显优于B组。结论药物联合病灶局部清创治疗真菌性角膜溃疡可取得较好疗效。

Objective To investigate the effect of lesion debridement of drug combination therapy for treatment of fungal corneal ulcer.Methods I have department collected from May 2007 to April 2011 admitted to the fungus Keratohelcosis in patients 49 cases 49 eyes,according to the treatment was divided into two groups,A group：the use of drugs joint lesion debridement treatment;B Group：mere use of medication.Therapeutic effects were compared.Results A group significantly better than B group.Conclusion Drug treatment of combined lesions debridement of fungal corneal ulcer can achieve better results.
